¢Æ General Description
After rolling process in a plate producing mill, plate width and camber are key factors determining product quality, causing the customer's claim. The gauge is used to measure the width and camber when plate is moving between process by vision processing method using laser and CCD camera. In special, the use of measurement method on the side and upper part overcame the limitation to positioning of gauge, which simplified system configuration through positioning algorithm.
