   ④ Fourth 4/4 quater : Documents reception (2007.10~2007.12)
   ⑤ Open the Praise Box & award a prize every quater[3,6,9,12]30day

4. How to apply
   ① Employees are supposed to submit it into the Praise Box after filling in each item of        forms required.
